What If Audit Help

The What If Audit allows a student to see what his degree audit would look like if he were to make a change to his program of study. Changes that can be explored using a What If Audit include:

Additionally, the What If Audit will allow you to see your audit under the rules of different Catalogue years. You can do this by choosing a value from the Academic Year menu.

Finally, the What If audit also allows you to add courses that you might take in the future to see how those will fill requirements. Do this by entering the Subject code (e.g., "PHIL" for Philosophy) and the course number and clicking the Add Course button. You may repeat this process to add multiple future courses. The Find button next to the Subject field will take you to the BannerWeb course schedule in case you need to look up subject codes or course numbers.

Upon selecting your hypothetical changes, click the Process What-If button to run your What If Audit.

Once you've run a What If Audit, if you'd like to change the hypothetical conditions, click the Back button to make changes and process a new What If Audit.
